Congratulations on grabbing your FREE Week of Yoga!

You have access to unlimited classes at West Coast Sweat for 7 days! Try our therapeutic and life changing Bikram Yoga classes, or a core blasting fun Inferno Hot Pilates class.

If you are new to our studio, please plan on arriving 20 minutes early. The studio is located between Chipotle and Buffalo Wild Wings on the first level facing the marina. Underground parking is available. That entrance is located to the right of Ralph’s Supermarket.

Here are some tips to be super prepared for your first class!

  • Be prepared to sweat!
  • Come early. No late admittance.
  • Come to class hydrated.
  • Allow between 1-2 hours between your meals and practice.
  • Bring a yoga mat, big towel, and water. (Mats and towels can be rented. Water can be purchased at the studio.)
  • Please be conscious of others: do not wear heavy perfume or cologne.
  • Practice silence. Please do not talk in the yoga room before, during, or after class.
  • Set yourself up in the back two rows if you are a first-time student.
  • Make it your goal to stay in the room.
  • Come back as soon as possible!
