West Coast SweatBikram Yoga is a series of 26 Hatha Yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a room heated to 105º Fahrenheit with the purpose of increasing flexibility, building strength, and eliminating toxins from the body.

Bikram Yoga systematically moves fresh oxygenated blood to every cell, working the muscles, bones, tendons, joints, ligaments, and glands in the proper sequence. These postures work synergistically and cumulatively to bring the mind, body, and spirit to optimal health.
