This is a beautiful stretch for legs, arms, and spine. Be aware of your alignment throughout to boost the amazing stretching benefits of the posture.

To get into the posture:
βœ… Step right foot to the right
βœ… Arms parallel to the floor, suck the stomach in
βœ… Heels come into one line, feet slightly pigeon-toed
βœ… Inhale, bend the body forward, looking forward, knees locked
βœ… Grab heels on the outside, all five fingers touching each other.
βœ… Touch forehead to the floor, opening legs wider to get your forehead down.
βœ… Inhale breathing, rise up. Arms and head together, step right foot back. Arms come down by your side
