Feel Good Yoga with Mayu

Many people find themselves challenged moving about their day feeling stiff, bloated, and fatigued.

This class will help you “feel good” in your body by doing some Bikram poses infused with Hatha yoga. You will intentionally link through sequences that help connect the breath and body and focus on stretching and breath-centered movement.

Props are encouraged to allow you to fully achieve each pose without discomfort and achieving maximum “juiciness” of each posture. Each class will focus on different areas in your body to “feel good.”
Props from home: Chair, books, block, belt, wall
Be prepared to learn about alignment and functional movement. This class addresses arthritis, heart health, posture, back health, balance, and mind-body awareness.
