Fusion: Virtual Salutes + Hatha Moving Meditation with Francisco

This class warms the body and introduces the student to Suryanamaskar (Movement to Salute the Sun), and challenges the student to gracefully link yoga asanas; standing postures, twists, backbends and more. Incorporating traditional breathing techniques while holding postures will further add increased challenge! You will feel exuberant, strong, and able to move more gracefully about your day with so much oxygen running through your body!
