We understand it can be tough staying active and especially having a fitness party while at home. This is why we are hosting the party for you and we invite you to join us for this high intensity, low impact interval training class based on Pilates principles. This class is kind on the joints and every exercise we do involves the core. Roll out your mat, fire up a heater if you’ve got one, and join us in this hour of work!
