In this special class, Advanced Teacher Lili will cover any posture and yoga philosophy questions you have on any of the standing postures in class.
At the start of class there will be a chat window for you to ask all questions and she will cover during the class. No question is off limits! Lili will also cover techniques to build balance and drills to help open your body and build strength and flexibility.
