Posture Focus – LEG LIFTS – Inferno Hot Pilates

This powerful movement will have you feeling your abdominal muscles in a big way. Leg Lifts are one of our fave movements for building core strength – abs and low back especially!

To optimize your leg lifts:
🔥 Begin on your back with legs extended and toes pointed. Your arms are out by the side with palms facing up.
🔥 Lift your shoulders and chest off the mat, tucking the chin in.
🔥 Keep your knees locked, and lift your legs straight above.
🔥 Inhale, lower your legs for three counts, hovering your heels above the mat.
🔥 Exhale, lift your legs back up.
🔥 Inhale, lower your legs for three counts. Keep the movement slow and controlled.
🔥 Exhale, lift your legs back up.

Repeat 10-15 reps.
