Yin & Meditate: Yin Yoga for Deep Release and Grounding with Brooke

Given all the shifts happening locally and globally, some of us are feeling a bit lost, out of routine, and even fearful.

In this practice of Yin Yoga, we’ll get to turn our perspective from active movement based yoga to the deep and soul-stirring stillness of long-held poses to release physical tension and energy stuck in the connective tissues, hips and spine. We’ll learn to stay with mental and physical discomfort and use it as an entry point into ease and allowing. From ease and allowing, we then begin direct our inner focus and energies to better perspectives and greater possibilities.
