Yin & Meditate: Yin Yoga for Deep Release with Vidya

In this practice of Yin Yoga, we’ll get to turn our perspective from an active movement-based yoga to the deep and soul-stirring stillness of long-held poses to release physical tension and energy stuck in the connective tissues, hips, and spine. We’ll learn to stay with mental and physical discomfort and use it as an entry point into ease and allowing. From ease and allowing, we then begin to direct our inner focus and energies to better perspectives and greater possibilities.
